We are Dave and Jenn Taylor, and we're proud to say that Backwater Cat Adventure is both family and veteran-owned. This business has become much more than a tour company. To us, it's a way for us to share the life we love with every guest who climbs aboard.
What makes this journey even more special is that it's truly a family affair. We're fortunate to work alongside our children, Ava and Tyler, to create unforgettable experiences together while spending our days doing what we love most.
In 2020, we traded the rolling hills of York, Pennsylvania, for the beautiful waterways of Palm Coast. We came here with one simple goal of spending more time outdoors, connect with nature, and embrace the Florida lifestyle. Today, we're grateful to call Palm Coast home and even more grateful that we get to introduce others to the incredible beauty, wildlife, and hidden waterways that make Florida's Historic Coast such a special place.
Every tour is a little different, making each experience unique. On any given day, you may encounter playful dolphins, graceful shorebirds, sea turtles, and, if you're lucky, even a manatee. Add in breathtaking Florida sunsets and peaceful coastal scenery, and it's easy to see why so many guests return again and again.
